Wuxi Foundry Co.,Ltd is one of the key foundry enterprises in china. It was established in 1956 and located in JGD district of Hongshan town ,covering an area of 79,350m2 ,within 300employees among which there are more than 50 technicians. We have three main workshops: casting iron workshop, casting steel workshop and machining workshop. Our products are gray casting iron, nodular casting iron, heat-resistant alloy casting iron, wear-resisting alloy casting iron, carbon casting steel, low alloy casting steel and machining of large and medium-size parts. Our current annual casting output is 30,000tons.

The typical products: large and medium size steel castings used for marine hull, castings used for diesel engine cylinder liner, cylinder head, piston skirt, turbine, as well as for coal excavation, mining machine, metallurgical industry machine, printing machine, plastic injection machine and other general machines. The weight of single piece is 20t-40t for casting iron and 20t-45t for casting steel.

The main melting equipments: 5t/h electric arc furnace,8t/h electric arc furnace,20t/h LF finery,3t/h, 8t/h and10t/h intermediate frequency faradic electric furnace. Besides, there are other main equipments:L1220D sand shakeout machines, consecutive double arms sand mixer,10t/h resin-bonded reclaimed sand machine, heat treatment furnace,Q7610,Q7630 table shot blasting machines.

The inspection equipments: special analysis instrument from Germany, r-ray flaw detector, magnetic flaw detector and ultrasonic flaw detector. The approval of ISO9001-2000 has been passed, and the certificates of CCS,ABS,LR,GL,BV, RINA,DNV and NK have been obtained. Our markets have covered American,Japan and west Europe etc.
